Can I share articles with my colleagues

Yes, you can share articles with colleagues if they are users in the ICR system. To share an article, you will need to add it to your Favourites list by bookmarking it.

Once you have added the article to your list of favourites simply:

• Open the favourites section by clicking the Star
• Review the table of favourites and click the three dots in the ‘Actions’ column
• Select ‘Share’
• A ‘Share this Bookmark’ panel will open
• Select the users with whom you wish to share the article
• If you wish, you can add some notes to your message
• Click ‘Share Bookmark’

Your colleague will get an email directly to their email address that is registered in the ICR system.

Please note that:

• Any notes that you may have made are not seen by another user
• Sharing an article does not add the article to a Register
• There is no current facility to upload documents or images
