We will visit your site and conduct an onsite review of activities. During that review, we will capture all the key processes and activities and identify where legal or regulatory impact may occur.
For example, if you are managing waste, then we will identify that you need the appropriate waste management legislation in your Compliance Obligations and in your Compliance Register.
Building your ISO Compliance Registers
Once we have completed the onsite review, we will build your Registers. You will see them grow in front of you!
An ISO Compliance Register is simply a compilation of all the Compliance Obligations that you have. The ISO Compliance Register tool allows you to manage all this information in a way that is easy to use. For example, you can create multiple registers in your system; one for Quality, one for Environment for example!
The level of detail that can be captured in the ISO Compliance Register tool means that we can work with you to identify who is responsible for each activity and where the procedures are that people need to be aware of.
Auditing your ISO Compliance Registers
Periodically, you will need to audit your Compliance Obligations. We can help with that as well. To do this, we will need to visit (either in-person or remotely) and speak to the people that are managing the Compliance Obligations.
We will need to see the evidence (e.g. Waste Transfer Notes) is being managed correctly and that people are aware of their role in ensuring your compliance.
All the audit information will go into the ISO Compliance Tool and we will agree the actions and tasks that are needed as a result. Creating a task in the tool will enable you to allocate that to your team and to track and trace progress
