What is on the ISO Compliance Register Dashboard?
Introduction to the ISO Compliance Dashboard
When you log into the ISO Compliance Register tool, you will see the dashboard immediately that it opens.
The Dashboard provides you with the key insights that you need to keep your ISO Compliance Registers up to date. Click each icon to access a more detailed report or list of items that will help you keep your registers up to date.
Dashboard Items
There are a series of six dashboard items that give you quick access to:
- New Requirements (either Legislation or other requirements) that have been released in the past 12 months
- Amended Requirements (e.g. amendments to existing legislation) that has been released in the past 12 months
- Any overdue audits that you may have scheduled but have not been completed
- The level of conformance of all your ISO Compliance Registers (Admin Users only)
- The status of tasks allocated to you
- The status of all tasks in in the organisation (Admin Users only)
How do I get to the Dashboard?
Simply click the chart icon on the navigation panel to the left and the Dashboard will appear.
Will The Dashboard Items Change As I Update My Registers?
The icons related to the New and Amended Articles will continue to show any content in the system even if you have opened it. These have been designed so you can show anyone what is new or going on in the world of Compliance Obligations!
However, great news – the items related to tasks and audits are intelligent, so you will only see these icons when there is work to do. For example, if you don’t have any overdue audits, you won’t see that icon!
