Manage your ‘Own Compliance Obligations’

To start managing any Compliance Obligations that you add to the ISO Compliance System, you can add really useful details that will apply to them in the Registers that you create.

You might find this useful because it gives your User Community the reference information they need so they know how the Article is being managed.

Who can edit details in my ISO Compliance Registers?

  • ‘Editors’ can edit ‘Requirements’
  • Normal Users cannot edit.
  • Please note that:
    • all ‘Users’ can see the information

If you have the same compliance obligation in multiple Registers you can details differing Requirements in each of the Registers that you put them. This is useful because if you have multiple sites, then the people managing the issues may be different, or the Control Procedures may differ.

How do I edit my Requirements?

To edit the requirements, please follow these simple steps:

  • Select the Registers section of the ISO Compliance Register tool
  • Click the pencil icon in the top left corner of the register icon you wish to edit
  • Click the three dots in Action column, on the Article line you wish to edit.
  • Edit the information you need.
  • Click ‘Update Register details’ in the bottom right hand corner as required.

What can I see in the 'Edit' Panel?

Clicking ‘Edit the Requirement’ opens up the details panel as follows:
