How do I add Legal and other Requirements to my ISO Registers?
Adding Legal and Compliance Obligations to ISO Registers
There are two ways to add articles to your ISO Compliance Registers. You can either:
- Review and add a template register
- Add individual articles to each Register that you create.
Create an ISO Register from scratch
To create a new Register, click ‘Add new Register’ and complete the basic Register details.
You can then add Articles you need.
You will need to find articles to add to your Registers. To do this is very simple;
- Do a search
- Review the new or amended legislation
When you use the search function, you will get a page with a table of results. You can review the list and simply click the ‘Add to Register’.
When you have clicked the ‘Add to Register’ button, you will see a pop up table and you can select or type the name of the Register that you want to add the item to. You can click one or multiple Registers.
See our section on Creating your Own Compliance Requirements to find out how to create and add your own requirements.
Create an ISO Register using a template
To use a pre-populated template, follow these steps:
- Review the template Registers
- If the template looks like it works for you, simply click the ‘Create Register’ button at the bottom of the list and your Register will be created in the register template.
Note that with Register template, you can only create a Register using all of the template, but don’t worry, you can delete the items you don’t want later.
